Disinfectant wipes: That depends. According to the company, lysol disinfectant wipes "Kills 99.9% of viruses and bacteria*, including 8 cold and flu viruses; Kills the COVID-19 virus". I suspect that would be true if cleaning a hard surface. However if your shoes are made of fabric or you want to clean the interior of the shoe, I am not sure if you would get that high a level of protection.
