See doctor : Depends how quickly and whether having breathing troubles. If yes please go to the ED and rule out allergic reaction. Otherwise see your doctor who can examine the mouth and the teeth (could also be a dental problem) and work out how best to treat you.

Jaw swelling: If you developed a blockage in a salivary gland duct, swelling of that gland can occur just under the jaw bone. I can't imagine any other cause of swelling brought on by drinking Mountain Dew. An otolaryngologist is best qualified to evaluate and treat you.

MD Black?: If this had anything to do with the drink, which would have touched your entire mouth, it should have affected the entire mouth, not just a part of a jaw. Best look for another cause.
