Need GYN exam: including a pelvic exam, possible ultrasound, female and thyroid blood testing and evaluation for dysmenorrhea and endometriosis. Until seen you can use Alve ( naproxyn sodium ) 1-2 tab every 8 hrs, assuming you are not allergic to aspirin, advil or aleve
