4-5 weeks, depends.: It depends on what type of twins (monozygotic / identical or dizygotic / fraternal) & where the implantation occurs, so there's no hard-and-fast rule. I've heard of twins being seen at 5 weeks based on two different heart beats heard on US. It can be seen as soon as 4 weeks if they are separated far enough for US to see.
