Common causes of: penile pain include inflammation/infection in urinary tract/urethra, but typically worse with uurination. Similarly, prostatitis would likely not be limited to the penis.The amount of pre-ejaculatory fluid each man may produce after achieving an erection is highly variable; it can be normal not to perceive any (though a small amount may be there). I don't think it's related to penile pain. See Doc
