Its possible: Depo-Provera can make your periods very unpredictable. Some women don't have periods at all and others only have some spotting. It comes randomly. Sometimes the spotting shows up after intercourse. Bleeding after intercourse can also be a sign of something more serious. So if its persistent, you should see a gyn to be safe.
