Chemicals: The less chemicals people use on their body the better. Beauty products contain a lot of them. So, conditioner only sounds ok but no conditioner sounds even better. Please read the labels of products you get and go w/the ones that contain the least chemicals, e.g., plain old soap. Peace and good health.

No: You need your shampoo to cleanse the scalp and hair shifts. The conditioner just softens them
