Gastritis : It sounds like you may have a viral gastritis I was just resting your stomach by going onto a clear liquid diet for 24 hours if you continues to have discomfort it would be worth trying an H2 antagonist such as Tagamet. Ifyou still continue to have symptoms and you need to see a physician to get a definitive diagnosis
