It may have: White blood cells are of various types with specific duties. Macrophages(a type of white blood cell) are known to phagocytize (engulf and destroy) spermatozoa if present in large numbers. Talk to your MD about the best way to proceed if you are serious about fertilization and pregnancy. A Urologist is a good MD to start the discussion.
