Yes/unlikely: Melatonin in a dose of 5-10 mg can make you drowsy & help you sleep. Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine that has a similar effect at 25mg dose. Arginine is included in many supposed growth stimulation supplements but there is little evidence that it does much if anything.In the US,supplements are not regulated by the FDA & not required to prove effectiveness or even contain what the ingredients

NOT ARGENINE: This is an amino acid widely distributed in many common foods. There is absolutely no benefit to pills of this and they are commonly contaminated.
