Need a good doctor: Hi Lucas, this is a common problem which could be a generalised anxiety disorder or simply panic attacks. You need to find a caring doctor who will take time to listen to you, understand what is going on, and talk you through treatment options which include relaxation techniques, counselling, medication and much more. Exercise can help too. Most important thing is this can be fixed, see your doc!

Sudden panic: Panic attacks can be very frightening but are self-limiting and non-harmful. Having said that, please see a mental health professional to learn strategies to cope w/panic attacks. It is very treatable. Peace and good health. See your doctor to rule out medical conditions.
