High Fx Anxiety: It is a popularized concept in the media, not a true diagnosis like OCD. It appears to also be used for depression. Basically it suggests that the person has an anxiety disorder that is not impacting their outward functioning at the time but is likely causing inner turmoil and may eventually impair someones functioning. OCD refers to one type of anxiety disorder.
