Mostly: TB generally has a VISIBLE ON X RAY primary infection in the lung. While it goes everywhere and can do about anything, generally there is a primary infectious hole in the top area of one or both lungs.

No: Changes on X-ray can suggest TB.Confirmation is by culture or AFB or by PCR or tissue histology
