Could be Acid Reflux: You might have GERD or GastroEsophageal Reflux Disorder. Try these measures: Don't smoke. Minimize alcohol use. Lose excess abdominal pounds. Avoid tight fitting clothes/belts and spicy foods. Do not eat within 2 hours of going to sleep. Elevate the head of the bed about 30 Degrees. If no relief after a month or so, then please recontact a Physician.
