None: In my opinion all soda which is not sugar free is unhealthy. The average can of soda contains up to 7 teaspoons of sugar. This causes your blood sugar to temporarily spike releasing harmful inflammatory chemicals in your body. Train yourself to drink water instead of unhealthy sodas. Artificial sweeteners in diet sodas have their own downside as well.

As little as possibl: Most soda drinks have too much sugar which is bad for your health. They also have caffeine which is a strong stimulant(drug). So if you want to live a healthy life, then stop drinking soda completely; drink water instead. If I ever drink a soda I might drink half a can or one third of one can. It does not do me any good, so I prefer water or drink low fat/skim milk as a healthy alternative.
