Stimulates ovulation: Letrozole blocks the production of estrogen. The brain responds by secreting FSH that stimulates the ovary to have an egg follicle grow to produce more estrogen. Hopefully, the egg follicle will mature and ovulate to improve your chance to get pregnant.
