ACTH stim: It appears that the baseline value is low. there is then a brisk response over 21 mcg cortisol at 30 minutes. It increases further at 60 minutes. this pattern can be seen with some forms of pituitary suppression, most commonly taking exogenous glucocorticoids. Short answer: I would call it normal
