Yes : The brain can create powerful memories. Certainly if there has been an emotionally charged previous experience (not necessarily sexual) with that person powerful brain chemicals can hardwire strong feelings. However it may be worth exploring with a counsellor why you're feeling that way if such feelings towards that person are unusual for your situation

Yes, it's possible: and easy to understand. Just as other feelings come back after reuniting with someone, so can the sexual urge. It's quite normal to want to resume activities associated with that person, especially if the relationship is good. Dr. Anne
