Pulled Ligament: There are many signs of a sprained knee ligament. They can range from pain, swelling, laxity/looseness, slipping in the joint/instability, etc. Depending on the ligament that is sprained you can play after evaluation and clearance by a Sports/Orthopedic doc. That is who I would see for assistance.
