While you're on: utrogestan and a few days after you stop taking it, you may have a delayed period and/or spotting even if you aren't pregnant. If you ovulated and conceived, you should have a positive pregnancy test by now. If you are pregnant, please follow your OB's instructions about how long to stay on utrogestan. Best wishes. Dr. Anne
