See your doctor: That is a long time to be having a symptoms that hasn't been dealt with. You need to be addressing this with your doctor who may then organize imaging such as CT scans to rule out any significant cause of this pain.

See a Physician : It would appear that the pain is from the chest wall. If the symptoms have changed recently it may. be some new condition and should be checked out
