Likely anal fissure: It sounds like you may have a cut/laceration (fissure) on the anus wall/ring. This can be a painful condition and may last weeks to months if not treated. Though not life threatening, it can be really a pain in the rear-end. There're treatments available, so consult doc. If yr family doc not comfortable treating this, you may be referred to a gastroenterologist or colorectal surgeon. Good luck
