is it possible for molluscum contagiosum bumps in the genital area to spread to the face if i touch those bumps and then touch my face?

Possibly, yes: This isn't common but it might be possible. Wash your hands after toilet or if otherwise in contact with the infected area, and try to avoid touching the lesions and then scratching other areas of the body. See a doctor for treatment if you haven't done so already.

Yes: The virus causing molluscum (a pox virus like chicken pox)can be spread by autoimnoculation to other parts of the body. The molluscum virus can also be spread via fomites such as towels or door knobs.
