For 2 years now my ears have plugged up every time i eat. they don't unplug until i am done eating. sometimes the pressure hurts as well.

Plugged ears: Sounds like you have eustachian tube dysfunction. I would see an ENT doctor. There also some home remedies that you can also try - like eustachi - as a last resort there is a balloon dilatation procedure that can be done.
