Vaginal bleeding: Bacterial vaginosis often is accompanied by inflammation of the cervix (cervicitis), which can bleed. But there are many causes of vaginal bleeding, and this may have nothing to do with your BV, cervicitis, etc. Any abnormal or unexplained vaginal bleeding should be professionally evaluated. Return to the doctor who diagnosed and treated your BV. Good luck!
