Complicated migraine: this is most likely a complicated migraine based on throbbing pain and skin sensitivity vs less likely brain lesion affecting the cranial nerve 5 or autonomic trigeminal cephalgia. you need to see a neurologist for this issue and get MRI brain to rule out demyelinating or space occupying lesions, but again highest suspicion is for migraine
