Bacterial vaginosis?: Odor is very subjective. One person's "fishy" might be another's "blood like". Any strong, noticeable vaginal odor suggests bacterial vaginosis, an overgrown of vaginal bacteria. And BV is associated with elevated risk of STDs like gonorrhea and chlamydia. So don't take chances with this: maybe everything is OK, but better safe than sorry. See a doctor soon.
