If you are: concerned that these symptoms are related to your heart it is very unlikely. Usual heart pain is dull and aching pressure like a tooth ache. Not pinching or sharp. Having said that however it is known that women's heart symptoms are often atypical so to put your mind at rest I would suggest you go see a health care professional and be evaluated ASAP.
