Needs to be checked: Any ulcer like you described needs to be checked by your doctor.Based on your description we can not say what it is caused by.Any genital ulcer in a 25 years old can be due to Sexually Transmitted Disease.We need more history and needs to be examined and may need some tests to find and treat
