See doc: First be sure you get an exam. You may need an MRI or catcan. If there is no evidence of structural causes, and your doctor determines it is ot migraine, you may try Indomethacin for relief. This is an antiinflammatory and it works exquisitely for hemicrania continua, which is constant one sided headache.
