Go to ED: Hi. This really needs someone to examine you and possibly run some tests. There are a variety of causes. I recommend you attend the emergency department urgently

Uncertain : There are a few things that I would consider. After a gallbladder is removed there still can be residual stones within some of the ducts, some of the stones may be able to block the pancreas and could lead to pancreatitis. I don't know if this is been checked in you but I would advise be done. You need to see your gastroenterologist.

See doctor: There could be various reasons for it like pregnancy and related conditions, gastroenteritis , urine infection , infection in genitalia etc. Please consult a doctor.
