No.: First of all, you should have a stool analysis to establish the diagnosis . There are many causes of infectious diarrhea in Nepal. Secondly, doxycycline can decrease the efficacy of amoxicillin. In the meantime, drink plenty of liquids with electrolytes such as "gatorade."
