Many possibilities: Sores in this area can be caused by skin conditions; allergic reactions; infections such as herpes, chancroid, molluscum contagiosum, staph infections; hydradenitis; cancer; etc. An Ob/Gyn can do cultures, biopsies and other tests to determine the cause. Best wishes!

Get checked: You need to have this checked by your GYN. Painful blisters could be herpes, but a culture needs to be done to confirm.
