Infection? STD?: There are many causes of increased vaginal discharge, but at your age (20) STDs are among the most common; and some STDs (gonorrhea, chlamydia) could cause pelvic pain and cramps. Or maybe not an infection at all related to birth control, hormoes, etc. If you were pregnant, maybe having a miscarriage. Any new, abnormal, or unexplained vaginal dischare needs professional care. See a doctor ASAP.
