I've notice throbbing on the side of my head, can this be stress? i did a mri it said my brain was ok just throb no pain, when i massage head it ease

Stress, headache: The symptom you describe of throbbing my be related to stress or possibly a tension headache. The good news is that your MRI was normal. That means you do not have a brain mass or lesion. Please let me know if I can answer additional questions or clarify for you. Thank You
