Can you get your period after conception but before implantation? can implantation occur 3 & 1/2 weeks after intercourse?

No and no: The human body does not work that way. Having a period clears out the uterus, which means a woman cannot be both pregnant and have a true menstrual period. After conception, the baby embryo can implant in 7-10 days. The embryo dies if it does not implant somewhere.
