Seriously?: Obviously exercise is important for your health. It works on both your cardiovascular system, muscles strength and weightbearing keeps your bones strong. If you overdo it, you can get injuries, but that's not a reason to avoid exercise start 3-4 times per week for 15-20 minutes.
