Hormones for Men: This is a very good question that may generate some controversy. The best answer would come if one knows which pro-hormones you are talking about. But, most men at your age do not need any supplementation. 27 seems like a very young age to be worrying about this. I would hope you have good physical activity and exercise and good nutrition high in protein before considering taking this approach.
