Cheek biting: This is a bad habit, most likely related to stress. First see a dentist for an evaluation to rule out such things as a poor bite or rough edges on teeth. After that you have to make a concerted effort to reduce stress in your life and conviction to stop the habit. Some people may even benefit from counseling to ascertain the source of stress and how to develop methods to reduce it.
