I tried using home pregnancy test , 2 line appeared but the other line was lighter in color, am i pregnant?

Most likely: Most home pregnancy tests will have a line as a "control" meaning it should always show up. The second line is a test line and will show up if you're pregnant. If it showed up, that means there is HCG (pregnancy hormone) in the urine. A lighter line still counts.
