ALT?: Usually know. However very high triglycerides can lead to pancreatitis which can have abnormal liver function tests. Additionally, patients with fatty liver can have abnormal lft and some with high tgs.

Fatty liver: If you mean abnormal liver test, I do not think high triglyceride itself causes it. However obesity which may be associated with high triglyceride, can also cause fatty liver disease with abnormal liver function test.
