Bleeding: It may not be a mini-period as much as you may be getting post coital bleeding due to some internal vaginal irritation that is being caused and an inflammation ensues. You should see a GYN Dr. for an exam and they can check if there are any areas intra-vaginally that may be causing your issues. Best wishes.
