Wt Loss Serious matt: Weight loss, unless intentional, requires quick medical attention. You need to go see your doctor for a medical examination and testing to find out what is causing your weight loss. Any skin spot/s that is growing and enlarged lymph node also raise questions about a potentially serious medical problem that will require quick medical evaluation by your doctor or you may need to go to ER for help
