Get started: This was approved in the US for ages 9-26 but is likely a benefit to any sexually active person. In the US it is rarely covered by insurers after 26 & I have no idea how it is covered in Canada. It is expensive here, more than US $200 /dose to the provider.Today the 9 strain Gardisil is available which covers more HPV strains than the earlier vaccines.
