Interproximal stains: Interproximal stains could be due to many factors from coffee stains, tobacco stains, change in diet, not flossing, poor oral hygiene, etc. Something might have changed in your diet or home care. If your gums have receded there is more chance of the roots staining. See a dentist to evaluate any changes and recommend how best to prevent and remove the stains.
