Mgt: Your pulmonary testing has many components which are interpreted and then reported in summary, It would be helpful to upload the actual test to an inbox consultation. From your description, there is no evidence of airflow obstruction and the DLCO when adjusted for volume is normal. There is also an adjustment for Hemoglobin on the report itself.
