May/may not: In most cases of Cancer, blood counts remain unaffected and can be entirely normal until Cancer is far advanced and incurable. At that stage some degree of Anemia may develop but a CBC rarely helps to make a diagnosis of Cancer unless it is blood cancer.

Yes.: Anemia of chronic disease or iron deficiency anemia can happen along with white cell changes.
