Expected: After transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF) which is performed from the back, my patients often have pain near the site of surgery especially only after 2 weeks. So, this kind of discomfort is seen. I would not worry about it especially if it is off an on. And since you have screws, rods, and grafts in your back, I would expect you to have discomfort with movement. Tell your spine surgeon.
