Always get moderate pain/tenderness when ovulating from right ovary, but rarely get pain when ovulating from left ovary? why is this?

Keep left: Try and ovulate just from the left ovary from now on. But since that probably isn't possible and I have no idea how you know which ovary you are ovulating from you may want to discuss this with your Gyn doctor. Some ibuprofen may help during these pains regardless of which side they are coming from.

Anatomy: You may have some scar tissue around the ovary that hurts, sometimes the area where you ovulate from can have some adhesions. Most cases this is normal and nothing serious
