Symptoms: Very often after ovulation you can have pain in the ovary. Often it is caused by bleeding into the ovary. You can read about hemorrhagic corpus luteum. The ovary make continue to secrete Progesterone at high levels and that would cause the breast tenderness. Hope this is helpful.
